18 years on steam, what the ♥♥♥♥ are you, like 40 or something ? LOL
Your repeated comments say that you are grasping.
Criticism = Should stop playing LUL
It also seems you attack users with private profiles you can't view. Fantastic.
Gotta have an attack ready for either option I guess.
8 however brought back that Tekken feeling, there is so much detail in the stages and the characters feel great (i presume all that T7 DLC money allowed them to bring their scope in line with previous entries). the story was disappointing, and i wish they would do something along the lines of Tekken force, secret characters ectc, but as an online fighter I'm having way more fun than i ever did with recent Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter games.
the problem for me is that fighting games always had such replay value for all of their hidden secrets and alternative solo gameplay modes, which are at odds with today's shareholder demands for creating avenues of continual income from software. all that single player goodness i used to love has to be a drip feed that is sold to us to keep our engagement and money flowing. modern gaming sucks :(
they must think scrubs winning matches = scrubs will support the game and they will make money
this game is dedicated to scrubs
Also, that is your opinion if you think the main focus of the game is appealing 'only' to casuals, because style is subjective and the heat mechanics work for both newbies and veterans; rage arts too. As for the netcode, I have no problems with it, but if they can improve on it further, I probably wouldn't even be that stoked for it, but it'd be the icing on the cake.
I will agree that they should somehow address the cheaters and plugging, but the game is still really fun and enjoyable. Sorry, but the blanket statement of saying players are coping from a bad game doesn't apply, because quite frankly, I'm happy to have more players to play with and I get to play a triple-A fighting game that I really enjoy. Unfortunately, the one who is coping is probably you, considering you yourself said that you cannot play any other fighting game that resembles of your liking, yet continue to play Tekken because it's the only one on the market. That is classic-book coping.
The term coping is: "to deal with and attempt to overcome problems and difficulties". In this case, you are dealing with your problem with the game by asserting your own viewpoint onto others, because there is no other fighting game to your liking. Look, it's fine you dislike the game and want to openly state your opinion, but like the beginning of what was said, it probably is a very unpopular opinion. Good luck with coping with a game you dislike though.
