Report a translation problem
This feels so 1998, and not in a good way.
You could set your char during Tekken 6 while jin/lars where the main story chars... so why was it ok back then, but it's not an option 10 years later?
Maybe because Tekken 6 story was sh*t ?
But that's not different here,
I would say (after playing trough it) that it's even worse as T7 and T6.
Even storywise it would be ok to choose the character except for the very last and final punch probably.
I don't actually know a beat'm up with good story.
The best of them might be SC.
Probably if chapter 10 would be a bit more expanded as it was the only actually interesting part, different from what you expect.
But fighting 50% of the fights like 2-5 times,... that's a new low for replayability ^^
