Deleting shader cache for Nvidia is unfortunately a bit more complicated than pressing a single button.
Here is a tutorial:

The game is ultra sensitive to alt tabbing, moving the window, pop up windows from other apps or even running backgrounds apps like msi afterburner. Also any mod can cause crashing.
I personally didn’t have a single crash in 500h time. Well, I had 1 at the very beginning when trying to launch msi afterburner when the game was running.
Switch back to Nvidia driver 566.36 and you will never have any crash. These drivers are very stable and are from December. Nvidia messed up the drivers since January and are creating problems for a lot of users on any RTX card. This issue is so well known that even Digital Foundry, Gamer Nexus and all the top tech Youtubers have videos on it.
Just to inform that the first time you run the game after that, will be very slow in start as it will be compiling all shaders.
