DLC Deluxe Pack missing. Season 2 character not include!!!!

Hello, Where can I complain to customer support? I have bought a game and also a Deluxe upgrade pack which it already deleted at DLC steam, and I have a problem that Anna still locked in my account but the catalogue the Deluxe upgrade will have a Season 1 and 2 character. Please help

Nah, i looked history of my licences, it is definetly deluxe

When did you bought the deluxe? Last month or even longer ago?
The old deluxe version doesn't include season pass 2.
They also wrote this at the store page that deluxe is the main game + season pass 1.
The new deluxe version includes season pass 2 char and stages.
Expecting there will be a season 3 the current deluxe version won't inlude those chars and stages as well. That's how season passes work.

But best check the comparison chart at the storepage. There are all the infos you need.

try contacting steam costumer support, maybe something went wrong with the buy, they usually are very cool and will try to get ur problem fixed

So are people claiming it out to be.

Me, alongside many other people got the ultimate edition - Only to be told that if it was bought during the season 1, it would only ever include the season 1 stuff.
- Yes, without including any other season at all.

It doesn't feel right, it feels fishy, but.. That's just how things are nowadays, I guess.
