How to do Yoshi's sideways sword spin?

And like 90% of Yoshi's moveset it's completely useless. Also, good luck trying to execute it during a fight.

Is there no combos I can put it into nah? Just pull it out randomly and hope for the best?

its not very good to just throw out, but its a pretty good combo ender on wall, I use it sometimes to see what they do after and pressure from there, or go into stance again and 50/50
