There are characters in this game other than Heihachi with absurd damage output with good execution.
When it comes to Clive, other than his overtuned asf f1+2 and how much of a menace he's in heat, he's fine imo.
Pretty sure at least f1+2 will be nerfed in next patch.

If he gets nerfed about f1+2, he'll need something to up, since without that move, he'll become a dead character.

He still has b1+2 and b2 and f1,2 and db1 and pair of strong lows db4/d1

You do not have to tell me you are loosing, I know because you are Fujin with +1000 hours of Tekken and I got Fujin in 80 hours drinking and with a broken controller

I created a post here a few weeks after I started playing Tekken 8 about my rank progression and you came crying in shock that you needed +1000 hours to get the same rank

I reached ruler in first week with kaz, then reached fujin with hei in first 2 days of his release and played with friends the rest of time so nice try plus you are carried nina player so...

Not everyone is so desparate for attention to care about useless ranked while you never hit lab probably

The majority doesn't lab, or attempt to looking into weaknesses and strat's against the character required by most match up requirements being Tekken = Knowledge is power.

That allows the majority to capitalize as Clive, & that would cause the Ratings to be S+.

This game has a HUGE balancing problem.
You have characters that are completely broken like Yoshimitsu , Alisa, Dragunov, King, Jin and now Clive.
Some characters that are far too weak like steve reina asuka jun ...

How is Steve Reina Jun and Asuka weak? Steve has mixups and armor
Reina has her jab parry, and her roll into a special low.

Jun has reversed direction attack strings where your opponent must pay attention and move left to avoid left and right to avoid right so shes on her own a tactical mixup character by default.

Asuka has plenty of tools to take On Clive from her mixups, ther parrys, and close range setups to her low sweep.

Weak how?

if you mean Clive will obliterate mash characters and flowcharters Yes thaats the idea around his kit hes a noob killer and spam killer. Hes a Knowledge check like Negan and Noctis.

And Who else is a Knowledge check? Dragonov, Alisa, King, and Yoshimitsu..

My brother in christ i would normally agree with you but you do realize we cannot lab without paying right??????

I am not buying a character just to lab so my only other option is losing to him 1000 times until i figure out what the hell he is doing.

And no just watching a video doesn't do ♥♥♥♥. You need to get the muscle memory in so you either lose to him 1000 times or lab him.

Your drills are replay interactivity . Replay . press L3 R3.. Sry but that does build muscle memory, and lab options.

Clive is like 2b in SCVI as in Super flashy and easy to use so it feel like its powerful and it dominates early levels but it kinda garbage at higher level play because he has limited tools vs people who can just block sidestep and punish.
His animations are over the top but relay straightforward and somewhat easier to react to than a lot of stuff in this game.
At lest that my impression playing vs him online so far.

Honestly playing vs Eddy or Heihachi was way more frustrating.

That still requires you to fight bunch of clives without being able to lab before...

Like i said, unless you buy the DLC in this game your only option of "labbing" is losing over and over again until you experiance all options. Rather than just being able to lab.

add Nina to that list shes absolutely broken beyond compare as a reina main i love her but she feels incredibly weak in some areas
