Online mode not available? How to fix.

I've tried a lot of troubleshooting online such as: Changing DNS, rebooting my router, logging in and out of steam, verifying integrity of files. Nothing works. How do I fix this?

leme think On that ..

Firewall? could be blocking ports also the Router could have a built in firewall on top of windows firewall

Same here, I play Asia 1/ Asia 2 servers. Its been more than 24 hours past the official server maintainance time, and I am getting Error code on menu screen, not able to get into any online mode.

I thought its my issue, so I verified files integrity and restarted on new network, didnt work yet.
