The full game does NOT contain all DLC, but is the main game.
All dlc are not even available right now as it quite clear there will be at least a season pass 2.
With your "full game" thing it would take years to be a full game and the time we get it other users will start with "abandoned game" nonsense. :D
DLC are by definition optional available content.

But this aside, if you actually search for deep discounts you are wrong at steam in 95%. You get always much better deals at 3rd party key stores, this is also true for VF5 revo

Strange I own more than 230 games and in terms of Fighting Game I own Tekken 7 SoulCalibur 6, now Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O and I just bought Dead or Alive 6 for 12 buck...to name a few.

I guess you are right. What I was hitting at is that Namco managed to cut the game into pieces and sell those pieces as dlcs and I think they went way over the board this time. To be frank I was hoping to get the ultimate edition for 40-45€ during the summer sales and it is disapointing to see the game at 66€ price mark.

Hope the "God" of Fighting Games hears you loud and clear. I am a fan but +100€ to play the ultimate edition was too much for me. And the loads of dlcs marked the limit of my wallet and my loyalty. But looking at the success of the Game, I guess I was pretty much alone on the "no, not this time road".

You can just unlock all dlcs for free

You can buy standard edition for 22 euros, Deluxe for 43 and Ultimate for 46 euros on allkeyshop. I would suggest you deluxe edition because it's a bit cheaper and you get 4 DLC characters and 2 bonus stages, while Ultimate edition gives you all of that + some avatar skins that you won't be needing.
