Clive is really strong, but I don't think he's T7 S3 pre-patch Leroy where he has 0 gap.
It's still too early to tell how high he will end up. I personally see some good moves like f1+2 but mixed with serious weaknesses when s-tier characters usually have no serious weaknesses.
The fact that the best Dragunov player couldn't deal with Clive's nonsense using Dragunov, considered one of the best if not the best character, speaks volumes to how OP Clive is. Is he beatable? Of course he is, but it takes so much effort to do so.
It’s really too early to say for sure but I can’t see anything in him that can put him in the same tier as Yoshi, Jin, Nina, Drag. F1+2 is not good enough.
Don't get me wrong. He is not broken, but OP claims he is not OP and I beg to differ.
What a sad timeline we live in.
