Lost all progression / save file

Hello all,
I'm back from a couple of months of break up with the game. I have around 90hours on it, finished story, many character customisations, etc...
I had to download and install the game again and now that I'm in, I have nothing.
Only the version of the game is correct wich allow me to have dlc charracters but other than that it seems like my save file is gone.
Story tells me to do it from the start, none of my customised characters are left and everything I bought in the shop is gone too ...
Any idea ?

I had the same problem when the video card burned out. PC rebooted and the save disappeared. Only online progress remained. Everything had to be opened again

This was a problem in Tekken 7 too, once the file gets corrupted it's gone for good. Seems your single player progress and customisation's are stored local only

I use a program called game save manager, easy to use and keeps all the save files on my system backed up on a another drive should the worse ever happen

Did you have steam cloud enabled? If so it is possible to lookup your old save file stored in there if it is not corrupted.
