Dead or Alive is better than Tekken.

Every single DoA game has been better than Tekken since the beginning of times. It feels like Koei Tecmo devs really grinded to get our something beautiful (maybe except for DoA 6 because not much t1tt1es). Tekken would become a good game if it went the t1tt1es route though

DoA5 was rendered useless the second they delisted the Mai Shiranui DLC. Removing gameplay-affecting content is unacceptable, especially when the character in question plays differently from the rest of the roster. Mind you, if she was just a cosmetic skin I wouldn't have this issue, but at that time they decided to treat DoA5 like a mobile game (where this garbage happens all the time). And DoA6 was unfun and bloated garbage (50GB install for what exactly?).

Also the failure of DoA6 led to DoA7 getting cancelled. So even less reason to care for that series.

i just hope virtua fighter stay true to himself, because with tekken changing in a 2D super power edition, we need a more grounded and original take on martial art in 3D fighting game.

It seems like Tecmo Koei went the Konami route with the pachinko machines. Which is why we have the DOA Venus Vacation gacha ♥♥♥♥♥ game! Even if we dont have a doa 7. I like where it closed on the doa6 chapter of the story.

Corporate greed is worst now than ever. Tekken 8 is an evidence to that. Gee I wonder where they got the idea for destructible environments from? XD

X-Men vs street fighter had breakable floor and Marvel vs Capcom had breakable walls

Can't deny that Capcom did breakable stuff since street fighter 2. However, doa5lr is different because there is a qte where you have to guess which button your opponent will press. Otherwise, its a very long way down. Not gonna be surprised if Tekken 8 will have the qte sequence with its destructible environment.

Doa is better than Tekken because of booba. That's literally it.
In Soul Calibur even if you max out ASS in customization they still have no booty, even though there is booba aplenty.
So in the booba-booty metric Tekken comes last

I think the same can be said with all fighting games. I doubt anyone would pick Katrina and the Williams sisters just for gameplay alone. They are lying to themselves. Its not like doa and tekken has men in the roster too and they are also equally sexualized as the females in the roster.

Sometimes its people who want to throw doa under the bus is exposing themselves as degenerates little by little. So come to the dark side. You'll love it here too. We also give complimentary purple light sabers. XP

nah bro I picked Nina coz of iws1 and hayashida step, Eliza for her idk combos
same with why I picked Jin with his zen backdash,, so its not rly bout waifu gaming
in Tekken gameplay first, fanservice later
in DOA its vice versa
both games make a great balance for my gaming experience

I had to learn Eliza and Master Raven from the ground up because Julia wasn't around day one. Get wild's answer is the same as my reasoning too when I main Nyotengu. When I saw her trailer I was like SHE CAN SPD TOO WHAAAAAAT?! Thinking that it was a 360 command throw but it was just a crouch throw. T_T
