most of the playerbase knows how Capcom marketing works that is why you will only see a few playing in the long run since launch date...those are the streamers + bandwagon players. Now for the ones that grew up with Capcom since the 90's already know how to save money and some are already retired and can do anything with their cash. So learn from their old games starting from Street Fighter 4 and 5 and just wait until you got a full roster. Games don't DoA people make them do by posting crap with nothing to back it up with that opinion.

Between this board and Reddit, feedback is pretty terrible - short three to five word responses, no substance. As far as I can tell, the game is early in it's life cycle and subject to more changes - kinda like Tekken 7.

So I'm downloading the demo and will make my own call.

not really worth in my opinion, they give you ♥♥♥♥ delux item like gold pants, shoes and idk the rest i forget because this is really irrelevant
and for the DLC characters, just buy it when they release them

I really didn’t like the demo but I like Tekken 8 much more than Tekken 7.

This is for Ultimate, for $64 - more than the actual game at full price and current Deluxe edition.

There really isn't any FOMO in this game. I don't see many using the in-game free cosmetics all the time. Most of them use Mods or just use the 4 Defaults to start up a fight.
