bad benchmark score for my rig

rtx 4090 24 gig, ryzen 7950x3d, I got like 1400 or so. Is this normal?

Yes. The Score is meaningless. You can try your settings in few bots matches.

But my guess, you can easy run 4k max settings 60fps without dlss. And even with dlss quality, you should be fine

That's the PC version. If you want it to look crisp and detailed, tweak the engine.ini in AppData folder. There are some guides out there.

Nah, Tekken has problems but graphics is not one of them.

Both on max. TSR is the best upscaler regarding visuals. You can't disable them, in fact, TSR enhances the visuals.
Try some commands like:

r.Tonemapper.Sharpen
r.ScreenPercentage

I'm just using the game to make sure my computer is rolling along fine. If I can refund this game somehow for being lied to I will, it's horrible
