If you don't like the move, you can teach by counter.
If it is effective move, there is no reason to use other move to win.
It's play to win type game.

most high pc are duckable. some are -10
most mid pc are -13. some are -14 and -15

ALL power crush isn't safe

Power crush that has good frame are high, you can duck it

Safe means that you aren't punished after blocking. Moves that -9 are still safe on block.

Blocking a mid powercrush and even some highs that are -13 on block make throws guaranteed and unbreakable.

too many attacks can't be sidestepped. i think all power crush attacks are homing and even throws are

Depends on what character, but yeah you just need to be patience basically.
