Early Access for DLC Characters ?

They say that owners of the deluxe edition get a 72h early access. am I missing something ?
bc I have the deluxe edition which comes with the 1 year dlc pass and I dont see eddy yet ... what am I missing ? :D

you have to wait for the patch, after the patch you'll have eddy, people without the deluxe edition that buy eddy separately will have him 3 days after that

Steam update their games at 19:00 gmt+1. You gonna wait 7h30 for Eddy if he is supposed to be released today
