They only exception would be King (Giant Swing vs Shining Wizard), since both animations look like both hands extending.
Yes, I am fairly certain it has, but I believe my point would still stand in previous games. I don't think the animations do their jobs.

Mix all 3 together once you get more comfortable. And never guess. Even if you don't break the throw, it's better you press the right button late than the wrong button early
P2 - if you see their back > 1 break, if you see their chest > 2 break, both arms extending > 1+2 break
Try this with a shirtless character like Jin, you'll improve really fast
but some how, in 8, i only success in like, 20%

If that king is running at you and throws it's probably going to be a shinning wizard (1+2) outside of Jaguar sprint.
I don't play characters with a full throw game but I understand why it exists.
I was having a lot of issues seeing the bear's // jack's arms because they're so large and their arms are sometimes obscured by their body
Just watching the body makes it so much better.
