His only weakness was his stance. It was kinda weak...
But I don't think that it called for a buff.
The chainsaws are situational to only Alisa and a few other characters that have many hits in one attack. If jack whiffs bubble he can be punished. Seems okay. It helps with people mashing on jack- as he has one of the worst and one of the most inconsistent sidesteps in the game right now. There are a few strings that Jack currently cannot get around like most of the cast.
