Lag and Best Graphics Settings

Sup guys, got a question for you, been playing this game for a while but i keep noticing lag during some exchanges, i say lag because the fps counter doesn't seem to change so i wonder what is causing this problem, the issue kinda got solved when i set the game on absolute lowest settings which is strange since i have an RX 6700xt, a Ryzen 5 5600 and 16gb of ram, plus the game is on my SSD, i'm playing in 1080p and rarely have i encountered issues in other games. My question is what graphic settings should i use to reduce/erase this "lag"?

try locking the game fps to 60 using rivatuner statistics server, sometimes that helps avoiding stutter.
Other than that you should keep everything maxed out (maybe antialiasing and effects at medium) FSR 1.0 for AA method with resolution scaling at 100.

Thanks for replying, will try, i just tried with effects on low and didn't change a thing, but antialiasing on low + TSR and Rendering Scale at 100 seems to be better, regardless i'm going to try your advice

Scaling drop 5% each test with 2 armored bears and 2 ponytail items on the underground stage with red lasers

Try switching off "motion blur" and " v sync" in the setting. And play in full screen mode instead of borderless window.
