FPS issues and stuttering fix NVIDIA
If you have this problem, try to change NVIDIA settings like this:

Open your NVIDIA control panel, choose Manage 3D.
Go to program settings (not global), find Tekken8.exe and set this
  • Low latency mode - Ultra
  • Power management mode - Prefer maximum perfomance
  • Preferred refresh rate - Maximum available
  • Max framerate - 60 fps

It works excellent for me, not only stutters and fps drops go away, even maps starts to loading faster.

Actually Nvidia just fixed most of the stuttering with the yesterday update.

New drivers didn't solve the problem for me, only manual settings help.

power management mode dont do anything unless u are playing like in a laptop.
and the low latency mode is for high fps games like csgo or warzone,
why u need a latency boost for 60 fps? it is good for 144+ framerates.

seems like u need a cpu upgrade or overclock that bad boy, cuz if the low latency mode is helping u, it means nvidia is locking ur cpu hz in turbo mode and it's squeezing a extra of power.

Afterburner shows that my cpu an gpu use only 30-40%, so they're not overloaded.
My spec:
i3-8350k (overclocked to 4.8Ghz)
16GB Ram
RTX 3060Ti
Game running fine on ultra in 1080p.
Power management can just lower power consumption of your GPU and it doesn't matter is it PC or Laptop.

The problem is that many players have high end PC and GPU try to reach 60+ fps but it locked at 60. And that is main reason of stutters and fps drops.

I don't know guys, RTX 2070 here and I run Tekken 8 fine in 1440p.
Your guys PC system must be bad, would recommend deleting system 32 folder for manual fix.

This isn't the smoking gun of performance. It helps your system because your CPU is pretty weak so when you set ultra low latency mode it only buffers one frame therefore reducing CPU usage.

yeah, exactly as I said, his cpu is starting to feel it's age, that's why low latency mode is helping him.

for that graphics card I would recommend a i5 12400 sephir!
it runs very nicely, works great together

"same issue.... i9 14900k 4070 64gb ram.. lowering p cores to 54 worked to launch and play the game but its very laggy and doesnt even hit 60 its like going to 55 and then back up"
I mean this, had same problem. It's a post from reddit user.

So it is not a hardware problem, only wrong setting or bad PC optimization of game itself.

You can do it manually, just add app with path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TEKKEN 8" or better reinstall the game if tekken8 not registered in you system

This doesn't work for me, I keep getting microsecond freezes and keep dropping my combos, even in practice mode. Is there no fix?

u playing with a SSD or HDD? also, ur rams are set in XMP? u have free space in sdd for the temporal files?

CPU is almost never at 100% utilisation because most games are single core limited.
They can use more but as soon as 1 core is at 100% it's very likely the limit of that CPU. There can also be CPU cache bottleneck - that's why AMD 3D chips are so good at gaming while having lower clocks.

If you use MSI Afterburner just ask the app to show all cores. Many CPUs bottleneck as low as 30% total utilisation.
