Any tips on dropping fewer inputs ?

Idk wtf happened, but the picosecond I got my King to Warrior, I began dropping ~50% of my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ inputs on both King and Kazuya, stuff literally is the reason I lose most of my games. Idk wtf the reason is, but an 8 loss streak seriously stressed me out...

Depending on the age or condition of the controller, it might need cleaned, contact pads/switches replaced, or outright replaced. Other than that, practice and hope you don't end up in matches with terrible connections/bad rollback.

Input lag?, I keep getting that it's annoying AF, 5-8 second delay after hitting a controller button... with a high end PC and fiber internet and I tried 2 different controllers, Xbox One and PS4 controller, both fairly new. Also steam input is disabled, make sure it's disabled on yours.

same band new ds5 this game has some serious issues with controller detection

the game developer said u should connect ur controller via USB in the back ports of your motherboard.

sometimes if u connect wireless it misses inputs.

Go into training mode and see if all your inputs are fine when you're by yourself. If they are, then it's possible that getting better opponents means you're trying to think about more things midmatch, and that'll make you make input mistakes. If they don't work in training mode probably the controller, though.

I think it was mostly skill issue. Since I posted this, I got a new controller and started plugging it to the back, I dont seem to be messing up nearly as often now as when I posted this. Still happens that I somehow get a weird input, but less.

It’s really controller dependent. I miss inputs all the time because my arcade stick buttons are so sensitive

naw this games delay is now wacky, T7 delay is clean and consistent .. that update with eddie feels like its old as the T8 alpha.. if the game felt like this when I bought it id have refuned.

online and offline feel inconsistent with inputs, even the AI has odd pauses in places similar to the player.

And it wasnt like this pre-patch at all
