Cannot purchase Tekken coins from the shop ?

Hello there im trying to purchase Tekken coins from the shop but apparently the game doesnt allow me cause a message pops up saying "U must have Steam Overlay enabled to use this feature. Please enable Steam Overlay and restart the game" but the Steam overlay is actually on. How do i address this issue ? Thanks in advance

ya they didnt even center the items even at a premium.. so id avoid it .. this game is losing viewers guess they dont like watching unpredictable laggy fights with uninspired super strict items from a company that likes to copyright strike kid youtubers channels to death.. I mean I could be wrong but I wouldnt find this very entertaining.
