If he keep spam his combo nothing can counter and intercept as Jin Kazama. I get beat up until phobia play Tekken 8 and passed few month I reinstall back decided play again and if I meet victor that character just pull plug. lol

No, he is very weak and needs to strengthen his fighting stance. The better Victor plays the fewer moves he uses.

His medium attacks are very unsafe, and he also has very punishable low attacks. When he gets into a samurai fighting stance, you can use a hop kick, and then you will kill this guy no matter what he presses. Yes, he can press hyper armor, but since your character is in a jump, you will take very little damage. So if he fires a gun but you block the bullet, immediately use a hop kick. Block it and when he teleports forward just punch him.

Yes, this is literally the best way to learn about a character. Sooner or later, you will meet people who know his weaknesses and will exploit them. Thus, you will see his problems and take advantage of them when you meet Victor.

just gotta use replay mode and press L3 to try stuff to get around the situations.

Victors 222 can be punished when he switch into his stance
its no unlimited spam with +frames like Reina i.e.
