No, but you can buy the DLC characters individually.

Right now Eddy is in early access for the people who have the Deluxe edition and higher, but he should get put in the shop tomorrow or the day after.

Nah, deluxe edition upgrade pack it is. I don't think deluxe edition would have sold much if there was a cheaper edition without the golden suits.

But who knows, maybe it's cheaper to buy the characters piecemeal.

yes you can buy them individually but need to wait little longer 8 eur less 8 x 4 = 32 € idk exactly in $ but i guess 34$ instead of 40 eur 43$
