@OP better record the match for us to get a better idea.

I am not here to screen record just to prove something that is obviously a hack... no one could reproduce frame perfect throw escape attempts twice or even three times, not to mention 4 times in the same damn match.
Try to record yourself doing 20 commands in a row at 1 frame intervals, see how it goes :) try it with a single button press, try it with multiple button presses, try it with a keyboard maybe. That would mean that you could do a command every 16 ms...
