Lili Combo Issue

Has anyone else noticed this if they play lili where you can go to practice. Do say DF 3+4 into 3 into 4 into B1 into F3 to launch them. But when you do it in a match b1 into f3 just does not seem to work at times. Like ill do the combo perfectly all day and sometimes in matches to but then theres times i know im hitting b1 and instead of going foward she just does a normal 3 kick.

Is this cause server issues or something cause its super easy for me to land off matches but in match just like buttons don't input for some odd reason with her. Safest route is to do DF 3+4 into 1 into 2 to get the launcher cause amount of times I drop the other is a bit insane. Yet in practice mode can do it with my eyes shut. Even in normal matches I can easily pull off her 10 hit combo multiples in the same match so my button presses are perfectly time but for some reason that specific combo seems to just stutter at times. Some matches land that combo everytime other matches like lili stops working xD

I don't know anything about that combo but FYI, if it's not a connection issue, not all combos work on all character "sizes," that might be why it's inconsistent for you.

Well i know that but what im saying is when you hit b1 into f3 its suppose to do lili's dash into a kick to airborn them kind of like a mishima dash but her version. And in online matches it just sometimes doesn't do the dash however while offline i can nail it 20 out of 20 times no problem. Like the button just decides to not register at times. But you are right about some body sizes effecting combos but this is a bit different.

Are you sure you are waiting enough for the dew glide to activate? Sounds like a timing issue if it's not coming out at all. Dew glide 3 hits very low so you don't have to rush too much.

Trust me I can nail the combo blindfolded but soon as I get into ranked or player matches as im doing the combo idk why but its like her dew glide just says nah. But then some other matches online ill nail it every single time without issues, its not a thing that occurs 100 percent of time but every now and then ill play some matches where it just won't work.

Ok, well it's consistent for me, except when i mess it up and i haven't heard anyone else complain about that, so it sounds like either it's something you are doing wrong, or you have some unfortunate lag spikes eating your inputs or something.

i have that issue with her hop kick into d/f 2(hold back) 4,3 then b1 into dew glide combo. Always seems to fail either at the b1 or the end of the combo. I don't have issues with the d/f 3+4 version of the same combo. It's probably a timing issue or some lag issue that's not necessarily your fault. The only thing I can suggest is going to Practice settings and try changing the input delay frames near the bottom. Maybe you can learn how to adjust your timing for online there.

Play it on casual and see if that changes .
