There should be an option "Ignore pressing df1+2".
I have a dedicated button for Rage Art.
Countless matches have been lost just because I wanted to press f1+2 or d1+2 and accidentally triggered Rage Art instead.
Paul has a df1+2. It's his "snake edge" type move. Go try it yourself. If you want this move and you are in rage you cannot do it, the rage art will always come out first. Also, if you want to do step and/or dive into 1+2 that will also trigger it.
So you are wrong. I imagine other characters have similar issues.
Paul's move you're referring to is QCF 1+2 and you can consistently do it without getting rage art (just tested it).
He has no df1+2 moves.
No more long ass cut-scenes runing the pace of the match and you get the desired effect, anyway.
