My Fix for Out of Video Memory!!!
At Steam Library right click "Tekken 8"==> Manage ==> Browse Local Files.

Right Click on "Tekken 8" ==> Properties ==> Compatibility
Under Compatibility mode, Checkmark "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select "Windows 7".
Under Settings, checkmark "Disable fullscreen optimizations" and "Run this program as an administrator". Click Apply and then OK.

In the same "Browse Local Files" Folder, click on Polaris ==> Binaries ==> Win64.
Right click on "Polaris-Win64-Shipping" ==> Properties ==> Compatibility
Under Compatibility mode, Checkmark "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select "Windows 7".
Under Settings, checkmark "Disable fullscreen optimizations" and "Run this program as an administrator". Click Apply and then OK. (Same as above)

Hope this helps!

Got this error once. Maybe i will try if ever it happens again. Anyway Do you experience also this occasional micro stutter during stage transition, during the start of match?

Yes, and I can hear my computer getting louder at those moments. It's almost like the game thinks it needs more power but then realizes that it doesn't.

Not an official one, what I did just made it playable. Before, my game would crash instantly on start up.

Tried the fix, didn't help :(

Think you need to go to BIOS and tweak your intel cpu because it's a bigger issue. Supposedly it originates from UE5 implementation that has a bug with modern intel processors, causing them to go a bit crazy so hyperthreading and possibly other settings need to be toned down. Don't want to do that though just for 1 game.

Happens on AMD systems, too.

This fix was the only thing that worked for me but game runs like crap now on 14900k and 4080 super

Don't do that or your shaders will never be compiled and will cause lag.

Some of us have no choice, sadly

If you're using an AMD gpu, one fix that worked well for me was to disable the SAM (smart access memory) on the adrenaline software. And just to be sure I also used Super Resolution and upscaled 1080p to 1440p, High settings, except for the background details I put it in low. Haven't had any crashes/errors since.
