Still crashing with UE Polaris crash
Hi, is there other form to fix this error, been having it since the beginning of the game.

Tried all the generic fixes like:
Update drivers
Update windows
Disable overclocking & hyperthreading
Lowering and adjusting settings
Launch options like -dx11 -dx12 -w -sm5
Reinstalling
... and so and so, watch everything on yt read articles none works

I could play but sometimes its frustrating not knowing when to crash

I have a gaming laptop rtx2060, 16gb ram, 500gb ssd, i5

So if anyone know other fixes please help, as tekken has always been my favorite fighting game. Thank you

Same ♥♥♥♥ occasionally crashin on pc with rtx2060super, usually when loading from ranked back to training but it did crash on me when loading into ranked match too. I wonder if i get leaver penalty for that lol.
I played at low settings with "amd fsr:performance" upscaling and launch option "-sm5", this setting help me play longer but later in game it crashes with the ue polaris crash.

Have you guys installed all the motherboard drivers from their websites and have newest Windows updates?

I haven’t got a single crash and I have already 100h in the game.
Already have updated drivers and windows.tried all generic fixes

I experience these UE polaris crashes whenever I play ranked and I play on "Urban Square (Evening)" but mostly on "Descent into Subconcious" bottom area, and I have no FPS issues nor anything else.. It doesn't seem like a hardware issue to me but I also cannot find the solution.

Only thing that has helped me after trying fixes on fixes since games release is downloading the semi potato and potato stage mods. They lower the resources on whichever stages hurt your pc the most and they look really aesthetic still since changing all of my stages I havent crashed since (ive had at least 10hrs worth of play so far no crash.)

I had this happen to me in the demo, and on release night. Then my boyfriend thought maybe switching to Windows 11 would help maybe. So I switched from 10 to 11, and that fixed it.

If you haven't updated Windows for a while, it's worth trying. It has a lot of updates with other things like DX12. I didn't think it would work at first, but it did.

Hope you can fix your crashing.

Same here, let's hope that the next patch will address the problem.
