It really throws people for a loop if you don't spam him. I've been playing Victor lately and he's fun. But the best combo I found online is only like 68 damage.

He is 2222 is trash but character plays himself in heat you will not be able to step him or press gotta block his pressure and then you lose half hp from chip dmg

Then ofc his broken ch low and best powercrush in the game which has crushing is 15f high safe and heat engager you can spam it without consequences and if they duck you kill them with mids

because the input latency and the combos inputs are really different of how it compares to a regular gamepad.

Anyone else... not so much. Especially when they do iWR. I labbed the iWR 2 and the sidewalk window is stupidly small.
