I hate this game honestly. Just the sheer magnitude of the inflation and the ♥♥♥♥ I see "good" ranks do it stupid.

like all the threads about mashers dont make any sense. You gotta mash as much as possible. The skill in T8 is ONLY about how much you can mash.

That is why knee is so washed and will remain to be until he realizes he has to avoid tekken at all costs. Then he will be back.

Its a rough transition. I can understand why someone like Knee would struggle in a game like this.

Yeah he is kinda good at Tekken it has to feel strange to intentionally avoid it.

But I believe he will realize he has to just throw it all away and use only that slice of skill enabling the mash. Then he will be good again.

I dont think its inherently "bad" as much as it is not tekken, it just caters to 2d anime fighters' lovers. It's very clear. There's some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I can perform in Granblue Fantasy Versus that goes well with T8 too. The underlying feeling is the same.

when you have this many bugs after betas and months after release, then it's not good.
i won't even mention all the cheating that picked up with the latest patch for some reason.

huge game, big budget, LOTS of players, ALL the monetization, but no anti cheat.

again i was matched with non-wifi users, one on console and one on PC.
both of them had 5 bar wired.
i match, and with one of them being King and the other Lars, the connection suddenly drops to 3f rollback and 2 bars.

i checked if my net was struggling on my end but everything was fine, but never did i get the option to opt out of the match, either.
the netcode remains the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ piece of crap i have ever seen in any fighting game to date.

tekken 7 has more enjoyable netplay compared to this piece of ♥♥♥♥.

Dont forgot they took TWO MONTH to fix the not showing disconnect rate. That they had 7 years in Tekken 7 cause they were too busy adding MTX to the game.

I like Tekken 8 so far but I'm new to the game Reina is so far my favourite far and above for the game compared to the rest of the roster I'm trying to add King but its not going great.
Online of Tekken is Tolerable despite some pluggers and non rematchers got promoted to Warriors.

Spectacular, complex and deep game with convinient control based on outplaying your opponent through tead and decision making.

Unfortunately at this point Tekken allow to simplify or completely remove desicion making in lots of situations and kbd plague effectively killed the footsies that are basis of pretty much any fighting.

I just wish they went back to their original idea - you can block, you can dodge with dash or sidedash but can't block. You manage risk reward from both sides.
