If they go for a realistic portrayal of aging and decay this will be a very unpleasant character. But if they take some artistic freedom and suppress some of the more jarring effects of aging, we might end up with something good, like Sindel in Mortal Kombat 3.

While i like the idea having a character like the Landlady from Kung Fu Hustle, i think it's kind of late? Because they are old, they should have been already established in the lore.

Her face has SOME characteristics of older age, with the more grotesque real-life aspects toned down or omitted. Her body might be someone fit in her 40s or 50s, but with unpleasant details omitted as well.
