Pretty much the topic. There's little to no characters in the game that are, due to the game being dumbed down, feel as bad to play against, because it's just basically a pachinko character with 0 demand for movement\mind games

Man... what you are trying to say is called a high crush move, almost every character has such moves, for example Hwo d44, Kazuya d1+2...

And it should be a launchable high crush move. Barely anyone has a decent ws punishment for i14. Either make it a non launcher, and make it i12\13, or just make it launch punishable by anyone. Simple as.

But I haven’t played in ranks for a long time due to the crooked network code of BN, and a long search, my win rate on Kazuya is on average about 62% and I could easily raise it higher if not for the problems with finding an opponent. I’m just interested in the logic, Kazuya d1+2 has exactly the same move for a damn long time that has never been considered unbalanced, just like a full combo on a counter hit and -14 on a block, no one considers it unbalanced, but he has exactly the same move Jin you call exactly the same move imbalancenm

I would personally prefer no CH launcher. This high rewards moves is the reason why some call it casino.

Secondly, the rank directly depends on the character you are playing; getting a rank on any Victor and Xiaoyu is much easier than on Braym and Kazuya.

There needs to be some SWEEPING changes with the mechanics in this game if Namco wants it to stay popular imho.

I already see this going the way of the Dodo bird pretty soon. The idea that people would play this hyper-aggressive version of Tekken for as long as Tekken 7 was around is frankly unrealistic.

If only minor tweaks are done- and Namco is stubborn, we will continue to see complaints and people leaving.

There is currently way too much reward for aggression.

Why would you need any understanding of the game to reach Tekken King? Kiteless has Tekken God and he admits he doesn’t know how to block. (BTW: he has Master rank in SF6 with at least two characters).
I said I’m trash at the game and that’s enough to get Tekken King. My gameplay is also trash. People losing to me can’t block. I also can’t block or break throws: basic fundamentals.
