and yet he goes on a 60 matches winstreak with Paul in ranked, how does that make any sense ?
Because paul is easy to play and does a crap ton of damage. in t8 he is arguably even better than he's been for a few games. and he hasn't reached max rank with him yet. so he has yet to consistently face some of the better players in the community who got their mains up to gold+
He'd wipe the floor with half of us. (EDIT 95 percent of us.) He's better than you think, imo, even offline. He is self effacing and pretty chill, often.
Honestly, the TMM does not need to cheat, so enjoy the vid OP, of him playing at the real EVO and making it to round 3. He's pretty humble as he analyses his own play, imho.

I certainly learned something when watching this video myself.
GGs, good games to ya'll.
Dojo
PS. Interesting, note in the video JDCR sitting right next to TMM at EVO, just as TMM's match begins.
The dude been playing since Tekken 1, competitive since Tekken 5 era. Gone to arcades in Japan, took part in tournaments, even EVO Las Vegas once and often record his hand movements.
It is important to be careful when floating this kind of rumours, because it is his livelihood that is threatened.
If he at some point cheated which I do not think it is the case, as someone said earlier you can analyze his throw breaks and if they happen on the same frames consistently, then perhaps you'd have a case. I never did so I cannot tell.
But to my knowledge and for having watched his videos over the years, he does drop combos and does get defeated quite often like a legitimate very strong player would.
As for winning some sets against Arslan, he would most likely lose a lot more than he could win against him, there is nothing surprising there. Many players at this high level could do the same.
Tekken is not like Chess, the potential for a weaker player to surprise a clearly stronger opponent is much higher ( especially since Tekken 8 just came out) .
Tekken is more like Poker, there is luck involved ( guesses, reads ),a really experienced and skilled player could beat a professional Poker champion over a small sample of games, but over a large sample of games, the superior skill of the professional would become obvious.
But he is not a cheater.
I like TMM, but his opinion about balance characters I don’t agree.
It is quite common for people to call people cheaters in this game, it blows my mind tbh
You know who is an actual cheater? That Fariboiz kid or w/e his name is.
It is so obvious when someone is cheating.
Also in Tekken, cheating is so rare it's insane.
