I Lost Access to My Tekken Store Purchase After My Game Crashed

My game crashed and my local and Steam cloud game saves corrupted. Game prompted me to create a new game save due to files being corrupted.

Now I can't access the Tekken 4 Jin costume I bought in the in-game store. The in game store still shows I purchased it, but now I can't access the costume from the Customize Character menu. It shows as "locked" and takes me to the in game store which shows I already purchased it.

Ohhhh you confirmed what I wanted to know but in reverse. The costume locks dont check against the store. Now we need the proper tool.

Send screenshots to Namco/Steam support, one of them might be able to get it fixed for you.

If people expected a huge patch that completely changes the meta, the only thing I can say is to learn to manage your expectations.

Namco isn't Konami, they won't completely shift the meta before a tournament.

Also let's not forget that a lot of things weren't working as intended, so how are you gonna balance out the cast properly when things aren't working as intended?

They had much time and some obvious things that need changing i am not the only one dissapointed ofc i expected that but still if they can introduce shop and costumes but can't fix errors and patch the most op moves of the cast or do some valid fixes then this tells something. Not only that any top or at least somewhat good player sees how unreasonable those chages are and how bad they are at balancing right now

A character can be broken in ranked but put that same character in a situation where everyone knows the match-up, and well, they'll crash pretty hard.
