Will Single DLC Chars be just available in the new Shop?

i wonder if they abuse the shop now to just let you purchase single dlc characters only there...

It doesn`t make any sense to announce new characters in the season pass to sell them in the in-game shop. Of course, it could change in the future, but I don`t think so.

I was thinking more along the lines of those cosmetic items that can be used in game, or even Heat moves, Rage Arts, etc. MK1 already went down that road. I have every expectation Bamco will as well.

the season pass containt all chars. what i meant is when you want to buy them individually and why would that make no sense to put em there?

the "season pass" is a bundle where you get all 4 new characters. you can buy that directly on the steam store page.

what i wondered about is if you will be able to do the same when you just want to buy one of those 4 characters. in tekken 7 ever character was listed on the steam store page and i am worried that this time, it might be just a option with the ingame store.

I get it. Currently individual characters aren't available to purchase by themselves separate from the season pass, so there's speculation that, like in SF6, they'll make purchasing individual DLC characters from the in-game shop using Tekken coins

After character's release, you can buy him separately from the season pass on steam

I'm just curious, what difference does it make to you to buy them individually on the steam store or from the Tekken shop?

outside of the mandatory buy more coins then you need to purchase it individually problem, things like family sharing will not work since its bound then to your ingame account. same with different accounts on other platforms like ps5.

My guess is that the individual characters will be available via shop only for 600 points. That 600 means 1000 for a single character as you can only buy 500 or 1050 points. Season pass with a set of 4 characters will remain as is I think.

I hope so, but doubt it. Bamco clearly wants you to use their shop more often... Time to pay more for characters than their intended price.
