What is the "CLEAN" move property?
I cant seem to find an explanation. Could someone tell me what this property means for a move and how can I know if a move has it?

When you hit your opponent with a certain move and it's in very close range, that's called a clean hit which gives additional properties when it hit like more damage or even became a launcher or a really long knockback. Just try paul's deathfist in close range or feng's ss 4 delay version. You can tell there are differences between the normal one and the clean one It's basically a point blank attack or a well aimed attack. It is sounds like counter hit but counter hit is hitting the opponent during their active frame moves.

As an addendum to the excellent summary above, if a move has a clean hit version it will be in the notes when you hover it on the move list. Also, the distance for a clean hit is decided per move, there's no universal clean hit distance.
