If anyone juggles you while in low health I think you death...

As for if you are getting pressure then.. as long as he doesn't go into lion heart stance.. I think observing the move that he tends to use help... down 1/2 depending on what move your character use to low jab can also be used to interrupt his pressure..

gotta jab him back at the right moment, also alot of the stuff people tends to spam you with often starts high.

And get counterhit combo.

Low parrying is more reliable.
I find peekaboo pressure is best punished with armour moves. It's all highs and mids, so just slap him out of it. If your health is so low that that's not an option, then it's time to bet the farm on yolohopkick or "assume mid and then apply your own pressure". (that said I'm Lars. My hopkick tends to crush highs, and the power crush from standing is good).

Throwing probably also works as an option though I've not tried it because Tekken 7 muscle memory tells me not to bother with them.

All this said, I'm Flame Ruler rank.
Space him. His low pokes are abysmal. Then attack him yourself. Learn what goes into flicker and what are his punishable moves. Don’t panic press into Steve. Watch your replays, and figure out how he killed you.

Use the replay function boss. Of all the things Tekken did wrong, the replay control system is not one of them. Find games where you struggled to deal with his pressure and the game will tell you how to respond (to a degree. Gotta remember that you are only practicing that one situation and that there is no one end-all-be-all answer to anything).
