I was facing an Asuka yesterday who did the charged rage art.... and if you don't expect it every fiber in your body tells you to attack her while she charges. It's not even funny. Finally got to experience it on myself.

But when you expect it, it's a free-launch

yea same I waited a bit, shes not moving? so I attacked her, then I got hit xD
I think its the most obnoxious RA seriously, more bs than the special ones in T7

If she charges the RA you can punish it with your own. Otherwise block or if you want to take a risk, you can sidestep it
