Performance tips for GTX 1660ti
I'm looking how to make the game look good and play good. Already used some tweaks found in Guides section, but still I experience frame drops.
Using default, I'm always getting different scores and different settings - ranging from high to medium to low. With really low resolution scaling, yet frame drops remain.
It's strange I'm never going to 60+ frames (I did limit frames to 60 after doing some adjustments).

So, is there something I can do to make the game perfom better or I'm stuck with whatever I'm getting now? Not planning to go online (unless Arcade quest leads me - dunno, just started), so it's not a big of a deal offline.

My PC:
I5 11400
GTX 1660ti (latest driver installed)
16 GB DDR4 RAM

the game is installed on NMVe.

if i was u id look into cpu related performance boosts. iirc, 11th gen i5 is 6 cores 12 threads right? see if u can undervolt n overclock ur cpu.

get a better graphics card, it's worth the investment.
if u cant, try downloading the DLSS mod, so far I know, people with gtx cards can use it, it boosts a lot the perfomance, not sure if using it while playing online could get u banned.

I don't feel this is CPU problem.

It's not a best thing to buy GPU right now.
I will try using DLSS mod. Not really concern regarding bans :D

I changed my driver and the game runs great now. What upscaler and what resolution scaling do you use?

I'm using an older one, 1060(6gb) and did this:
On the "engine" file located in C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\TEKKEN 8\Saved\Config\Windows, I added these lines:

[SystemSettings]
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
r.DepthOfFieldQuality=0
r.AmbientOcclusionLevels=4
r.SSR.Quality=4
r.Tonemapper.Sharpen=1
r.Shadow.MaxResolution=1080
r.Shadow.RadiusThreshold=0.01
r.Shadow.SpotLightTransitionScale=32
r.Shadow.CSM.MaxCascades=8
r.Shadow.MaxCSMResolution=1080
FX.MaxCPUParticlesPerEmitter=10
FX.MaxGPUParticlesSpawnedPerFrame=5
fx.MaxNiagaraCPUParticlesPerEmitter=10
fx.MaxNiagaraGPUParticlesSpawnPerFrame=5

Just changed some numbers from other tutorials acording to my budged

Other than that:

Monitor forced to 60Hz on Nvidia control panel(as well as changing everything I could to performance)

In game:
motion blurr off
efx saturation low
V-sync off
Catmull-rom bicubic 75%(don't like the grainy feel of Fsr)
AA off
Background low
Everything else medium

Looks pretty.

If I rise effects to high, lose 1 to 5 frames on Rage Art...

Nice. Another tip for better performances.

i play on 1060 gigabyte 6GB
I5 - 8600k
16gb RAM

i can run this game in high and get an average of 55 FPS, sometime it go 58 depending the stage

i put my game in full low graphic for better optimization en i have an average of 59 fps / 60 on some stage

a bit laggy on the loading screen before combat ngl it go to 35 fps but comeback quickly to 59 /60

BUT, isnt the game cap at 60 fps by default ? i guess no one can go more than 60
