Reina players really are annoying

Absolutely not hwo ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is 100x times harder to defend against (not comming from ass i played him) with so many set ups she has few moves from her stances to lab hwo can mix you up only thing that is nasty here would be 1000 crushing moves which should be removed

as a hei main for 7 years and reina player in t8 I can understand OP. Reina is very annoying, very cheap and probably need nerfs, its not a MU issue, its actually how it is, she even can do broken stuff with combo scaling, but this is 100% will be fixed just like jack/jun(still has spike-resets though)

Reina's main weaknesses are she can't really play the 50/50 game nearly as strong as Hei.

She is also steppable.

This creates two major points, a lot of her moves create major risk from her which in turn allows her to be punished into being defencive again.

And also her 50/50 is much cleaner to duck/punish.

Heihachi was synomous for infinite tracking + safety.

Reina did not inherit these.

She also has lackluster range outside of FF2, but hey who's ff2 on Mishima is not busted asf bunga rn.

At least out of the 4 FF2's hers is by far the weakest/lowest range.

B2 covers some range problems very good button

As for lows they are weak agreed but hs needs a bit toning down imo 28 unrecoverable dmg into +6 with stance is too much idk hard to say if it is ok +major crushing on sentai 4 should imo be removed

Wait what how her ff2 has more range than kazuyas and is the fastest (which is absolutely balanced for kaz ff2 is already strong move) as i am concerned if i am wrong correct me

I don't really play this online to be honest, I had a couple games, one match against King and they were just doing the same move over and over again, it's not about skill when some kid is just mashing the same buttons.

It's about skill countering the same button over and over again. Eventually, once past green or red ranks, you will start to play against more balanced players. Even further beyond that, you start to get proper Tekken matches.

That is what I am saying. Like wtf is this? Why did they think it is a good idea. Even if she is beatable. This is not fun to face at all. Like, the amount of work you got to do to face her is crazy.

If i picked heihachi in this game you would cry even more go into lab and see what she can do many stances can be interrupted for heavy dmg only time when you gotta be really careful and respect her is after hellsweep into stance which is +6 then 112 into stance +14 and ws1 into stance

sento on block after f23 or df1 is interruptable and she can either crush it or absorb with powercrush (some crushing should be nerfed) manual sento is scary due to unbreakable grab crushing moves and homing strings but if you lab it most of them won't know what to do

See people like this clearly don't understand frame data, and Heihachi and her not the same. No matter what you guys say, I played Heihachi i know his pros and cons.


I don't need anyone advice or help. If I say she is annoying to face, That is it. It is not about knowing what she can do. I understand what she can do. That is why I am calling people out on abusing her.

Like I said, a reason why she is the number one played char. And if you think she is not going to get change in the future you out of your mind.

Nice rant. Also, you mentioned several timess, that she is most played character. Any proof of that??? Because i barely see her in any of my maches...

I somehow have no trouble beating them with kaz twin pistoning obvious grabs and sentai 3 or stepping most of the kit or punishing df12 they really stay simple most of the time spam 3+4 4 which is -14 or 34 also -14 or try roll besides hs df12 ff2 f4

I am higher rank than you with many characters and I have to agree that she is annoying. Her kit is obviously designed with tekken 8 in mind and it shows. I have destroyed many reinas, I have destroyed you, she is very annoying and has too many things in her kit though. She has ewgf and also an easy launcher with decent frames for example. You should rethink how you talk to people lil man.
