No Sadly there is no Tutorial
First choose the fighter you want to learn the head into practice mode and write down the whole combo and butto list then just play until you memorize a good portion of it.
Next search on youtube for videos of people playing your fighter and try to emulate the combos / air combos they do
Repeat the whole shabang until you wanna know about stuff like, throwbreaking, corner combos, wakeups and so on, you learn tekken step by step,
it is a really hard game with a ton of different moves for every fighter but it gets better and better the more knowledge you gain and the better you implement that into your own style
Soon after you're pretty much ready for Ranked.
It is of course something different once you enter ranked multiplayer mode.
But the good news is that Tekken is very popular, so you can find an unlimited amount of guides on youtube.
I recommend the first steps for a beginner to be:
1. Try a few characters until you find one you want to learn better.
2. Go on youtube and find some beginner guide for that character.
But best way to start is to pick a character you like the look of, go into Practice Mode, and then go through the move lists. Remember to swap to the full movelist and then just go down the list and see what stuff does.
Then maybe mess with the dummy set the action after hit to block all and that's how you'll find your natural combos. Don't overthink it, a few basic combos like launcher, jab, bound move, then another move follow up, that's absolutely good to start. Just get the feel for the game and movement and you should be fine.
