AMD Performance Issues
When i got the demo way before the release. the game was running smooth 60 fps locked, at Ultra Settings, I pre ordered the game, and it lagged like hell, i re installed, tried multiple fixes leading to me to one solution which is to use Radeon Super Resolution, which got the game to work a little better with lower resolution/settings, I think my pc is more than capable to run this game at solid 60 fps. any suggestions to help me fix running this game at High/Ultra settings with 1920x1080?

System Specs:
AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics 3.80 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.3 GB usable)

oh and for some reason the stage "Fallen Destiny" kept crashing UE Polaris error, so I had to run the game with '-dx12' to make it work

Any help would be appreciated :D

UPDATE:-

I have managed to get 59 fps with High/Ultra Settings and 1920x1080 stable by using AMD auto detect, and performing a factory reset on the drivers and updating everything.

To fix Fallen Destiny Stage for some people you can use rgeditor method, the "tdrlevel" registry fix:

Is it even possible for you to run the game at 60fps if you turn everything to low and lower the percentage for resolution scaling?

Also make sure to have the newest motherboard/chipset drivers installed. The real one from motherboard website and not generic Windows ones.
Actually Windows sucks and can replace drivers including GPU drivers. I can't describe how stupid it is.

try cleaning up the AMD drivers with DDU (Display drivers uninstaller) and install the newest version (24.1)
Also make sure the game is using the 6600 and not the IGPU from your processor (see which one is getting used from task manager or the drivers).
making sure your mobo chipset drivers are also updated helps.

I have uninstalled and installed the AMD drivers as you told me,and made sure that its running on the 6600, but still there has not been a solid fix for it, I am just hoping for Bandai to maybe fix the optimization issues.

Hey did the dx12 command fix the crashing on this map completely? At this point my game runs fine, i just keep crashing on this stage even in practice with that error message and tried literally everything to fix it with no success so far
I doubt that neither AMD nor Bandai Namco are reading this, I always write on Twitter or other social media channels.

some people use '-dx11' or '-dx12' for launch options depending on your hardware, for me that fix kinda fixed it but for me to ensure that the game actually works kinda stable, i have to lower the resolution of the game and use Super Resolution with 50/60 sharpen effect, make sure if you are using AMD that you dont have Anti Lag, Radeon Chill,and/or Fluid Motion frames on in the amd settings, hope this helps

for me disabling fTPM from the bios also got rid of the crashes, but in your case what I find strange is that you're getting bad performace despite having a good system.
have you tried repairing/reinstalling directx12 runtime?

even with everything at lowest settings and resolution scale 20, it still fails to be 60fps locked, i will look into ur solution and see if it works, Thanks!

Dont use the 24.1.1 driver, i updated to it at launch and the game runs a lot worse with it and also causes some weird graphical glitches, once i downgraded back to 23.12.1 the game runs a lot smoother and doesnt crash or glitches anymore.
I also did the "tdrlevel" registry fix to stop the game from crashing on fallen destiny

the tdrlevel fixed the stage issues for me at higher resolution, Thank you!!
