Infinite loading screens on good hardware

I'm having problems with making/joining online lobby's. As soon I try to join a online lobby (can be custom lobby's or just normal ranked lobby's) I often get stuck in a infinite black loading screen.

This problem does not happen everytime I play but if it does I have to restart the game more that one time for it to work again, or even restart my PC sometimes. No other game that I play online has any issues.

I have tried multiple solutions that I found online but nothing has worked yet.

This is what i have tried so far:
Run Tekken 8 as admin.
Updated GPU drivers/reinstalled them completely.
Allowed Tekken 8 through firewall (Windows Defender)
Updated windows to lates version (no beta version, just lates release)
Downloaded and installed lates version of C++.
Changed Windows settings to run Tekken 8 on high performance mode.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game more than once.

My PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 13600KF
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
Motherboard: MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI (MS-7D91)
Storage: 2 Different NVME SSD's

I think it has nothing to do with your specs, I changed my dns/ alternate DNS to 8.8.8.8, and didn't get any dc's
