Always have been actually now he doesn't have his broken rff b3 which was -10 mid launcher leading to ~80/90 dmg

you can have a whole lifebar lead and he can just erase it all in like 4 seconds on some stupid ♥♥♥♥ :steamfacepalm:

they made sure to give him all the scrubby strings and lows a scrub ever needs to take the round

this is a character for scrubs if there ever was one.
