You can literally mash 2,4 ss matrohorn and 50 setups on Lili, including her mid crushes now and on top of that natural low high that go's into straight up 50/50 between low/mid launcher. Mid launcher being not just safe, but neutral on block basically.
OR abuse a new 50/50 jumpnig mechanic on Shaheen and his old M,L M,H mixup now has a M,M that launches.
He can also guardbreak.
Not a "Fundamental char"
Neither Lili or Shaheen are fundamental at this point.
Lili never was, Shaheen gets too much forced 50/50 now.
Fundamental is the basic essence of Tekken. It includes frame knowledge, basic situation knowledge, risk reward assessment, MOVEMENT, defense through blocking and movement.
For example asuka take away defence from equation. That's why people often call her non fundamental character and when people play her they literally don't learn how to defend with movement and blocking.
Alisa and Lars both came as early antikbd tool for newbies, and what they remove from fundamental is movement. They are made to disregard distance and mix you up from other side of screen, removing both your and their non lateral movement. That's why old school Tekken players didn't like them when they first appeared. They removed a big chunk of gameplay from the game. A massively important one.
Bro in an elaborate way you just described what I said.
Ty.
No offense but this question makes no sense. Just pick a character you like, don't you have any visual standards? Choisis avec ton cœur mon ami !
You do realize that once you start walking and take away Alisa's fly stuff, she has no way to stop you from doing it and you can play normally?
She's not like Dragunov where there's a homing move to stop you from moving.
I don't need to take away her stuff as Dragunov I take her mix ups heads on. She is one of the most honest girl in Tekken.
But first she is not fundamental or most fundamental. Secondly some of her slides seems like they track pretty well. Not a big problem since I usually don't step anyways, but upsetting when I actually try.
Her slides do not track at all. You can get out on either direction, doesn't even have a strong side.
Also only difference is if she does f3+4 in which case SWR is superior.
But this is not "Slide" this is f3+4 dash. in which case SWR wins every option she has basically
Everything else is basically SWL including slides. You just mistimed IG.
Kazuya if you want to learn the HARD way and form good habits along the way.
simple (?) - not really; unless you shoulder spam low ranks; many tools that need to be applied in the right situation
no stances (?) - nope, he has several stances lol
low count of moves (?) - nope, many moves
no gimmicks (?) - not sure everyone agrees on this take either lol
no execution - agreed, less execution than other chars
