I don't think you're right.
Better go to coping on those grab breaks again, not that 99% of these forums can react to grabs properly anyway.
My prediction is that his lows will take huge nerfs first eventually.
at least Jun has alot of steppable stuff, punishable stuff, and she uses HP for everything.
that's one way to make a character less OP.
Jin does everything that Jun does, but better, and without using up any HP.
This is correct.
My first assessment of Jin was that he is difficult to nerf.
Dragonuv is easy, just some number changes and tracking, his low will probably end up at +3~5 for example.
Ignition switch will be changed.
Jun just needs bug fixes and damage reduction plus some more punishable strings or strings being switched from -1~-3 to ~6~-9.
A lot of chars even DVJ without numbers and reduced tracking will be much more mangable.
Jin however just has a kit that covers every single damn situation and in no context is changing numbers going to make this any less of a hassle.
The problem with kits/characters like these (not just in fighting games) is that they are so broken with their base kit that you either nerf them so hard they are actually useless or you nerf them but they are left in an S++ state still.
Namco will never remove moves under the bases of integrity or something so we're stuck with an interesting problem.
we're stuck with a broken character for the next 10 years, that's what this is.
Isn't steve b1 -14 on block rn?
This led to broken wall combos because you could get a guaranteed reset follow up that clearly wasn’t intended for crazy damage
Even as someone who plays Jun I’m glad this has been addressed because it was obviously an oversight and I felt lame abusing it
???
Nobody is keeping anything secret. Not with replays, YouTube videos. This isn’t the 1990s anymore, tech is never kept hidden
Everyone knew her wall combos were busted. Knee had complained about her on twitter. You think an oversight that big would go unnoticed? Lol
