see in youtube for CPU PARK
If the game works fine in wondow mode then at least we know it’s likely not hardware related.
So run the game for testing only in windowed mode and see what happens? IDK.
See if that improves anything, or see if it improves nothing.
seems like the fix may be simple if the 'game all of a sudden looked really good in the background'
Turn off all xbox (or windows game mode) stuff. Try to keep everything simple when testing. Good luck.
Also it's true that monitor smarts (monitors with free sync and g sync might be messing with tekken 8, so make sure that stuff is off to get a baseline) But only do that if you are confident, before you turn off free sync or g-sync as it could mess up your other games.
make sure you have the latest Nvidia or AMD drivers etc etc.

Didnt work for me, game actually ran worse and unstable with e cores disabled...Only thing that works for me currently for 57-60 fps is putting in borderless, vsync on, and alttabbing and having any window on bottom of screen....*shrug*
yeah that whats I was honestly leaning towards(the fullscreen optimization thing) because I just bumped up everything to high settings and its playing better and wayyy more stable.. very strange stuff here
