Movelist controller input

Is there a way to see controller buttons (a,b,x,y) on the move list instead of the arcade button input (lp,HP,lk,hk). Playing on steam deck btw.

from what I can tell NO fighting game has offered that feature I do wish they did offer that tho would make learning the combos a bit easier thats for sure sorry I couldn't be of more help

The buttons have the exact same layout on pad.

Actually, there are a couple mods for both the xbox and playstation controller homies:

Unpack zip and move the three mod files of your choice here:
(DriveLetter):\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\TEKKEN 8\Polaris\Content\Paks\LogicMods

Make a logic mods folder if you don't have one already, and you should be right as rain.

starting from top left, 1 (left punch), 2 (right punch), starting from bottom left, 3 (left kick), 4 (right kick). That is what we call them, and why there isn't controller icons displayed. Because when we share moves and combos, we don't have to accommodate for different controllers, i won't give you playstation buttons if you are playing on xbox, instead i'll say 1,2,3,4 which is the same on all controllers, and a lot shorter than saying left punch, right punch. Just think of them as 1234 and not xyab
