Almost zero online matches on fiber
Is anyone facing the same problem coz I'm getting no online matches when I connect through ethernet cable but when I use Hotspot it's fine.

check your router maybe or you may have accidentally not clicked accept on the windows firewall prompt.

It seems to be a problem with my service provider, since neither on wifi nor on ethernet I'm getting any matches

It would be your NAT type issue.
OK: Internet - router - PC
Not OK: Internet - router - router - PC

Your fiber router most likely Router+Switch as default. Check your model for bridge more or IP pass through mode. I'm using AT&T one and configured.

whats the problem with internet - router - router (as access point) - PC ??
because i have the same problem, im in north africa, i barely get any matches, i usually play against eu players with 50 ms, no problem with SF 6 and tekken 7, but this game i just cant get any games,
the problem is this game tries to match you with the same region, so they try to match me with africans, but the player base is very low, that is ridiculous to be honest with you,
so what i did is change my region to EU and now im getting matches constantly, that sucks

I would say that's a good thing that it tries to match you to the people closest to you.

Play with people nearby?

The more I hear about complaints with the "netcode" the more I realize players were doing eachother dirty in tekken 7.

I also have ATT router trying to configure this. Do you mind explaining which settings you use?
