Can i turn off my own rage art?

Can I disable my own Rage Art? I prefer not to use it as I consider it a form of cheating. I understand that many players use it, and I don't mind, but personally, I choose not to. Occasionally, when I grip my controller, the Rage Art is triggered accidentally. However, I don't want to utilize it because I don't want to be perceived as a player relying on this feature, appearing as if I can't play the game genuinely or don't enjoy real playing, but rather just want to win by exploiting the system.

You can umbimd rage art button but df 1+2 still activate it.

Even if i button mashing, and i think, many players do it just because of the excitement of exciting moments... I just trying to play some rogue, but not the rage art, what is a cheat. And as i told in the topic-theme >>> i don't care if anybody use that against me, because i got to be familiar to that. I don't care if novice players playing that against me. I just don't want myself to play that against anybody. And this is true for the "Special Stlyle" > Sometimes that Special Styles turns on, even if you set it off before (there are articles about this issue).

Yes that is the problem. Even if it is not bound to any button, it is still can be activated by some combinatons. I'd love to turn it off to play cool.

Sorry but you can't. The solution will be to pay attention to what you pressing or if you want toash accept responsibility for whatever comes out.

Try rebinding it to one of the stick press in buttons (L3 or R3)

I HATE HATE HATE the combo assist function (how they screwed up the Tekken 7 one that worked great is beyond me) and would accidently hit it. Rebinding it to Left Stick presses means I never hit it.

I also rebind 1+2 and 3+4 to the triggers for easy get up options and heat to left bumper.

However rage arts can be useful especially when someone whiffs or starts a string to early... But hey, you do you bro.

I don't think you can really call it cheating. Both parties have it, it's predictable, it's blockable and easy punishable (trough the animation you've an eternity to prepare). There is a reason you'll only see it rarerly used in the higher ranks matches.

Sure, Tekken was simpler before the Rage an Heat mechanics were added, but this is what it is now. If you don't like it, just rebind the rage key and try to avoid hitting it manually, put like KK on the trigger or something, idk.

If you consider it cheating, I suggest trying to rank up, because you're only playing against cpu or newcommer. Or maybe you don't play at all. I don't know how people can say something so dumb....

Rage art is a single button and Down forward 1+2 on most characters.
Assuming you are not pressing the button and you still somehow get rage art to come out then no only way to not do it is to actually not mash it out by accident.
